I give this rating 2 stars only because Dr Scoggins seems like a good doctor. While doing the evaluation she requested a panoramic CT of my teeth & mouth--while this is understandable she then requested a panoramic xray also to which it was undisclosed that this might not be covered under my insurance because my dentist who referred me to them did full xrays a week prior to my visit & sent them to the office. If it would have been disclosed I would have declined it because xrays where already done. This office does not disclose when things are not covered & do the treatment then harass you to pay. Just be very careful & always ask if thinks are covered.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted today. The assistant was wonderful, listened to my concerns & put me right at ease. I'm very bad getting needles & she held my hand. The laughing gas was a good add. The Dr was very professional, honest, efficient & steady. The rest of the staff was friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding Experience! Dr. Gorab did an outstanding job removing a cracked tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. He truly worked his magic—I had virtually no pain during the procedure and very little discomfort afterward. From scheduling appointments to handling paperwork and explaining every step of the process, the entire office made everything smooth and stress-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The procedure was thoroughly explained, gentle, and completed with great care. I’m happy to say I’ve had no post-op issues and minimal pain during recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Gorab and his entire team. If you need oral surgery, you’ll be in excellent hands!

I needed to have a broken tooth surgically removed and had been putting it off. I walked into the building absolutely TERRIFIED. I have terrible anxiety of anything involving dental work. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very kind. Before any work began- I was presented with my treatment plan. We briefly went over it, but I was very pleased with the transparency. Also, having everything set & agreed upon BEFORE the work begins is the smartest way to go because when you finish, you pay the bill with no surprises and are free to leave & begin healing. The doctor I saw was a lovely young man named Dr. El Hassan & his assistant was LOVELY as well. Her name was Angie. In addition to laughing gas, Angie gave me some very cute & funny tooth shaped hand squishies to squeeze. They were surprisingly helpful. The doctor was very patient with me and I appreciate that A LOT. I walked in terrified- and thanks to the lovely people who helped me, I left relieved & grateful. Also, their pricing was amazingly reasonable. I’d recommend this doctor to my own family members.

I had an excellent experience with Clifton Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the nurses and assistants were kind, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Lindsay J. Scoggins was outstanding,knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which helped put me at ease. My procedure went smoothly, and the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful. The entire team was amazing, and I truly appreciate the exceptional care I received. I would highly recommend Dr. Scoggins and Clifton Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery.
